Behind the Camera:
Romy Rodiek is the founder and leading photographer of RARE Photography. Born in Austria, Romy began photographing New York City real estate, interior design, and architecture in 2013. Her creative eye has won her some of the top luxury real estate accounts in the city. Besides holding a degree in Business Administration, she is a graduate of the International Center of Photography and has traveled to all seven continents photographing architecture, design, and nature. Published work includes Luxe Magazine, Cottages & Gardens, Lux Exposé with exhibitions in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and Vienna.
Cecilia Riaz is a Swedish native spending her childhood in both Sweden and the United States. Since moving to New York in 1998, she splits her time between New York City and the east end of Long Island. She is an experienced real estate, architectural, and interior design photographer/videographer. Before photographing real estate Cecilia specialized in environmental and studio portraiture along with fine arts photography. Toks Adesanya is a Nigerian-American from New Jersey. He earned a degree in Information Systems from Rutgers University in Newark. Toks started photography in 2009, aspiring to be a photojournalist, but soon found himself capturing portraits, documenting events, and participating in exhibitions. He recently joined our team and is covering the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. www.toks.me.
Ernesto Eisner was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he pursued a degree in Environmental Sciences and taught photography. In 2013,he moved to New York and went on to graduate from the International Center of Photography in 2014. Ernesto’s work has been shown at two solo exhibitions: “Transitory Nature” (2016) at a Lower East Side gallery and “Inheritance” (2018) at the Argentine Consulate in New York City. He is highly meticulous and detail-oriented with a background in fine art photography, landscape, and portraiture. Olga Jarkowska is a native of Poland with a master’s degree in Historic Art Preservation from one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Poland, Nicolaus Copernicus University. Her specialization in architecture and art history, combined with a passion for photography and a keen eye for interior design, provides clients with the highest level of photography expertise.

Erica Anker is a New York native with a background in journalism and marketing. She has received degrees in Theatre and Media Studies from Hunter College and an MA in Performance Studies at New York University - Tisch. Erica has had numerous articles published on Broadwayworld.com, Theatermania.com, the Hampton Sheet Magazine, and TonyAwards.com as well as edited work for Time Out New York’s theatre section. www.ericajanker.com
Alia Kay is a native Tatar from Russia with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Perm Aviation College. She worked as an engineer in a rocket and turbine plant, worked as a research associate for laser materials at Washington State University, built and ran a boutique hotel in Mexico, served in Guinea Africa as a math teacher with the Peace Corps, worked as a property manager in Philadelphia, and extensively traveled the world, obtaining knowledge in alternative healing systems.
